Caution + 3 Voluntary Police Station Interview
If you have to attend a police station to answer questions and be interviewed under caution, we can assist you.
We operate a 24-hour service, 7 days a week, we will always be available.
If you have been asked to attend the police station as a volunteer, or under Caution Plus 3, we can work with you and the police to arrange a mutually convenient time for the interview to take place.
We will work with you before the interview to ensure that we have all the relevant information to assist you at the interview.
After your interview, we will continue to advise you and make important further representations to the investigating police officers and if necessary to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Private Police Interviews in London
If you have already had an interview and you were represented by a Duty Solicitor (or any solicitor) that you no longer wish to retain, we can provide you further advice, make further representations to the police and the CPS, and attend any further police station appointments or interviews.
We work with other professionals (including Private Investigators, and Forensic Experts) and can assist you further if we need to undertake our own areas of investigation.
