General Fees

Consultation Fees (Up to 60 Minutes)

  • Principal Solicitor: £650 + VAT
  • Senior Associate Solicitor: £550 + VAT
  • Associate Solicitor: £400 + VAT
  • Solicitor: £250 – £300 + VAT
  • Senior Caseworker / Crown Court Caseworker / Senior Paralegal: £180 – £200 + VAT
  • Caseworker / Paralegal / Trainee / Solicitor Apprentice: £120 – £150 + VAT

Unsocial Hours Uplift

Standard fees apply 8:00am–7:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Additional uplift may apply:

  • Evenings (7:00pm–11:00pm): +25%
  • Weekends, Bank Holidays, 11:00pm–8:00am: +50%

Travel Fees

  • Travel Time: Charged At One-Third Of The Standard Hourly Rate + VAT
  • Travel Disbursements: Mileage, Train Fares, Etc. Are Payable + VAT

    Supported by experienced caseworkers and paralegals. All work is supervised by the Principal Solicitor.

    Fixed fees are payable in advance

  • Hourly rate work is billed monthly
  • Payment plans may be available in some circumstances
